Durant la crisi financera va deixar de comercialitzar-se activament, per\u00f2 des del 2018 diverses financeres i algun banc l&#8217;ha tornat a treure al mercat.<\/p><p>A Espanya hi ha prop de 8 milions de persones majors de 65 anys amb habitatge en propietat que podrien adoptar aquesta f\u00f3rmula per a mantenir el seu nivell de vida.<\/p><p>No obstant aix\u00f2, la hipoteca inversa \u00e9s un producte complex que no sempre es comercialitza correctament. A m\u00e9s, se sol associar a la contractaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Assegurances de Renda Vital\u00edcia (diferides o no) i Assegurances de vida, la prima de la qual \u00e9s molt elevada per tractar-se de clients de m\u00e9s de 65 anys i perqu\u00e8 no s\u00f3n productes propis del banc.<\/p><p>La majoria de les queixes es refereixen al termini de vig\u00e8ncia de la Renda Vital\u00edcia, l&#8217;elevada prima de l&#8217;asseguran\u00e7a de vida aix\u00ed com l&#8217;assignaci\u00f3 de beneficiaris, les elevades comissions o la falta de comprensi\u00f3 del producte.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b14f6f1 elementor-align-center elementor-mobile-align-center elementor-widget
