Unas condiciones que, adem\u00e1s, oblig\u00f3 a firmar con expresa renuncia a posteriores acciones legales en muchos de los casos. Numerosos afectados, <b>ante la imposibilidad de seguir pagando las altas cuotas de la hipoteca, aceptaron la oferta<\/b>.<\/p><p>ASUFIN, despu\u00e9s de que sus servicios jur\u00eddicos estudiaran decenas de casos, present\u00f3 una\u00a0demanda colectiva\u00a0que\u00a0ganamos en primera instancia en septiembre de 2018. hipoteca tranquilidad. Sin embargo, ASUFIN present\u00f3 una demanda colectiva pidiendo la nulidad de todas sus cl\u00e1usulas abusivas\u00a0 y obtuvo\u00a0<strong>sentencia favorable en septiembre de 2018<\/strong><\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, la doctrina del Tribunal de Justicia de la Uni\u00f3n Europea sobre cl\u00e1usulas abusivas es favorable a los consumidores y nos permite confiar en que tambi\u00e9n ganaremos esta batalla<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c946404 elementor-align-center elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\"
