En este sentido funciona como una tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito, pero la diferencia radica en que el usuario de una tarjeta revolving puede aplazar la devoluci\u00f3n del dinero <b>fijando una cuota<\/b> (pago cuota fija).<\/p><p>As\u00ed, los pagos se realizar\u00e1n seg\u00fan las cuotas pactadas, a las que se aplicar\u00e1n los intereses correspondientes. El <b>problema<\/b> con este tipo de productos es que suelen aplicar unos<b> intereses muy elevados<\/b>. Adem\u00e1s, su funcionamiento induce a caer en una espiral de endeudamiento, ya que al fijar la cuota que quieres pagar, tienes la sensaci\u00f3n de que puedes asumirlo.<\/p><p>En <b>ASUFIN<\/b> ya hemos conseguido numerosas <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.asufin.com\/staging\/reclama\/tarjetas\/\">sentencias<\/a> que dan la raz\u00f3n a nuestros asociados por usura y falta de transparencia. Los intereses a aplicar en una tarjeta o pr\u00e9stamo revolving superan ampliamente el precio de mercado, por lo que el Tribunal Supremo los declar\u00f3 usurarios <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.asufin.com\/staging\/revolving-el-supremo-falla-usura-y-abre-la-puerta-a-reclamar-por-transparencia-en-pleitos-por-tarjetas-revolving\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">en su sentencia 149\/2020 de 4 de marzo<\/a>.<\/p><p>El TJUE <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.asufin.com\/staging\/revolving-el-tjue-coloca-contra-las-cuerdas-estas-tarjetas-al-confirmar-la-usura-del-tipo-de-interes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ha reafirmado el car\u00e1cter usurario de las tarjetas<\/a> revolving a trav\u00e9s de <a href=\"https:\/\/panel.asufin.com\/ver-sentencia\/13176\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">un fallo de 25 de marzo (asunto C-503\/20)<\/a> que resuelve la cuesti\u00f3n prejudicial planteada por la Audiencia Provincial de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, en un procedimiento contra Banco Santander. En concreto, razona que las directivas de protecci\u00f3n a los consumidores <strong>no se oponen a la normativa nacional de protecci\u00f3n de la usura<\/strong>, la conocida como Ley Azc\u00e1rate de 1908.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b6144d elementor-align-center elementor-mobile-align-center elementor-widget
