Es decir, una cantidad l\u00edquida de dinero que se pueda cuantificar y de la que no existan dudas acerca de su origen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, existe la<\/span><b> deuda controvertida<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: cuando el consumidor no est\u00e1 de acuerdo con la cantidad que le reclaman o niega esa deuda. En tal caso, el acreedor <\/span><b>no est\u00e1 legitimado <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para incluirlo en estos listados. Por tanto, los ficheros dejan de responder a la finalidad de informar sobre la solvencia de los clientes para convertirse en <\/span><b>instrumentos de acoso<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. La deuda controvertida, que <\/span><b>ha de ser argumentada<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, se puede reclamar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Tribunal Supremo ha condenado estas pr\u00e1cticas abusivas al considerar que suponen\u00a0<\/span><b>un da\u00f1o al honor y a la integridad moral.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Adem\u00e1s, obliga a compensar con indemnizaciones de miles de euros a los afectados.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7759bad
