La falta de transpar\u00e8ncia en la comercialitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquestes cl\u00e0usules han portat als tribunals a declarar la seva <strong>abusivitat<\/strong>, obligant els bancs a retornar tots els diners.<\/p><p>En\u00a0maig de 2013 el Tribunal Suprem va dictar una sent\u00e8ncia\u00a0per la qual <strong>declarava la nul\u00b7litat de les cl\u00e0usules sol del BBVA,\u00a0Cajamar\u00a0i\u00a0Caixa\u00a0Gal\u00edcia<\/strong>, per\u00f2 no obligava a retornar les quantitats abonades de m\u00e9s.
