L&#8217;alternativa d&#8217;ajornament de les quotes hipotec\u00e0ries \u00e9s ara la <strong>morat\u00f2ria sectorial de la banca<\/strong>. Des del sector s&#8217;ha transm\u00e8s el missatge que es negociar\u00e0 de manera individual amb els clients que tinguin problemes per pagar la quota del pr\u00e9stec.<\/p><p><strong>Morat\u00f2ria sectorial<\/strong><\/p><p>Es tracta de la morat\u00f2ria anunciada per l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aebanca.es\/noticias\/comunicados\/la-banca-ofrece-aplazamientos-para-clientes-afectados-por-la-crisis-del-coronavirus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Associaci\u00f3 Espanyola de la Banca i CECA<\/a>. Estableix un ajornament del capital, no d&#8217;interessos de 4, 6 i 12 mesos segons el cas.
