Unes condicions que, a m\u00e9s, va obligar a signar amb expressa ren\u00fancia a posteriors accions legals en molts dels casos. Nombrosos afectats, <strong>davant la impossibilitat de continuar pagant les altes quotes de la hipoteca, van acceptar l&#8217;oferta.<\/strong><\/p><p>ASUFIN, despr\u00e9s que els seus serveis jur\u00eddics estudiessin desenes de casos, va presentar una demanda col\u00b7lectiva que vam guanyar en primera inst\u00e0ncia al setembre de 2018. favorable al setembre de 2018<\/strong><\/p><p>A m\u00e9s, la doctrina del Tribunal de Just\u00edcia de la Uni\u00f3 Europea sobre cl\u00e0usules abusives \u00e9s favorable als consumidors i ens
