Posteriorment, Esfera &#8220;comprava&#8221; grans quantitats d&#8217;accions distorsionant el mercat.\n<br><br>\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>QRenta<\/strong>\u00a0va col\u00b7locar productes d&#8217;un\u00a0risc superior\u00a0a l&#8217;adequat per al perfil dels clients<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>QRenta<\/strong> va realitzar una concentraci\u00f3 excessiva en actius de el MAB, m\u00e9s arriscats que un altre tipus d&#8217;actius de renda variable i renda fixa<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>QRenta<\/strong> gestionava fons i SICAV (col\u00b7locats als seus clients) que invertien en els mateixos valors que recomanaven als seus clients de forma individual (Bons convertibles i accions cotitzades en el MAB)<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>QRenta<\/strong>\u00a0va traspassar els l\u00edmits del test d&#8217;idone\u00eftat en concentrar les inversions en accions que cotitzen en el\u00a0MAB\u00a0i sense respectar un criteri prudent de diversificaci\u00f3<\/li>\n \t<li>Els Actius que cotitzen en el MAB s\u00f3n d&#8217;elevat risc, el risc de cr\u00e8dit de les empreses \u00e9s elevat, i presenten un baix nivell de liquiditat<\/li>\n<\/ul><br>\n<span style=\"background-color:
