En aquest cas, el clausurat de l&#8217;escriptura\u00a0 permet aplicar el tipus d&#8217;inter\u00e8s que correspongui per\u00f2 el diferencial (per\u00a0 exemple del 2,5%) exerceix de topall en ser injustificadament elevat i fora\u00a0 de mercat.<\/span><\/p><p>Ens trobem davant una variant de la cl\u00e0usula sol, que <strong>el 99% de els\u00a0 tribunals declara abusiva<\/strong>, obligant el banc a retornar les quantitats\u00a0 cobrades de m\u00e9s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3ab9fb5 elementor-align-center
