La cl\u00e1usula suelo convencional\u00a0 establece un inter\u00e9s m\u00ednimo en su conjunto (no se paga menos de una\u00a0 determinada cantidad), con independencia de las fluctuaciones del\u00a0 \u00edndice, normalmente Euribor. En este caso, el clausurado de la escritura\u00a0 permite aplicar el tipo de inter\u00e9s que corresponda pero el diferencial (por\u00a0 ejemplo del 2,5%) ejerce de tope al ser injustificadamente elevado y fuera\u00a0 de mercado.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nos encontramos ante una variante de la <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.asufin.com\/staging\/reclama\/clausula-suelo\/\">cl\u00e1usula suelo<\/a>, que <\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/staging.asufin.com\/staging\/suelo-encubierto-un-auto-anula-la-clausula-suelo-encubierto-una-gran-desconocida\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">el 99% de los\u00a0 tribunales declara abusiva<\/a>,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> obligando al banco a devolver las cantidades\u00a0 cobradas de m\u00e1s.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>La <strong>demanda por cl\u00e1usula suelo
