El afectado hab\u00eda contratado el producto <strong>Euribor Plan Prever-4.7 E 12<\/strong>, sin conocer los riesgos del producto. Finalmente el Banco ha decidido no ir a juicio, pagar las costas y aceptar la nulidad contrato.<\/p>\n<p>Sabemos que estos casos se est\u00e1n dando con cuentagotas y con acuerdos de confidencialidad. Es toda una novedad que aqu\u00ed se haya hecho de manera p\u00fablica con una sentencia de allanamiento.
