As\u00ed, hemos conocido que present\u00f3 recursod e casaci\u00f3n por infracci\u00f3n procesal y por inter\u00e9s casacional ante el Tribunal Supremo y que \u00e9ste ha admitido a tr\u00e1mite el mismo.<\/h4>\n<p>Recordemos que el Santander obtuvo <a href=\"http:\/\/asuapedefin.com\/2012\/06\/10\/el-santander-condenado-masivamente-por-sus-productos-toxicos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">una de sus primeras condenas en Tenerife <\/a>oblig\u00e1ndole a devolver la inversi\u00f3n en Valores Santander, Preferentes de SOS Cu\u00e9tara y Bonos Petrobolsa.
