En los \u00faltimos meses, las Audiencias Provinciales est\u00e1n negando el car\u00e1cter minorista de las pymes y aut\u00f3nomos \u00bfTenemos que aceptar este criterio o podemos hacer algo m\u00e1s?<\/h4>\n

Asuapedefin organiza un seminario en el que se mostrar\u00e1n las claves jur\u00eddicas para poder llevar el debate sobre la aplicaci\u00f3n de Mifid a Europa en defensa de los clientes minoristas. Adem\u00e1s, presentaremos una estad\u00edstica de la jurisprudencia en materia de productos complejos en Espa\u00f1a, repasando los fallos de las Audiencias Provinciales con especial incidencia en la secci\u00f3n novena de la Audiencia Provincial de Valencia.<\/h5>\n
