NovaGalicia ha sido condenada a devolver m\u00e1s de medio mill\u00f3n de euros a varios afectados a los que coloc\u00f3 sistem\u00e1ticamente preferentes y subordinadas.<\/h4>\n

Las participaciones preferentes de NovaGalicia contin\u00faan siendo anuladas por la justicia gallega. El abogado Xoan Ant\u00f3n P\u00e9rez Lesma ha logrado que varios clientes suyos cancelen sus contratos con la entidad financiera. En total, en menos de tres meses ha logrado ocho sentencias a favor de los afectados en primera y segunda instancia.<\/p>\n

La entidad financiera deber\u00e1 devolver 563.796 euros entre sus clientes, todos ellos particulares minoristas, a los que enga\u00f1\u00f3 para hacerles creer que contrataban un producto con garant\u00edas y con rentabilidad.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s el letrado gallego ha logrado la nulidad de otros dos contratos de obligaciones subordinadas colocados a la misma clienta por valor de 138.000 y 90.000 euros. En total, NovaGalicia coloc\u00f3 380 t\u00edtulos a la afectada que ahora ver\u00e1 anulados y las cantidades abonadas restituidas.<\/p>\n
