El <a href=\"http:\/\/asuapedefin.com\/sentencias\/S_131213_BANKINTER_JPI16_VALENCIA_BONO_BACOM_LEHMAN_FIRMA_FALSA_PART_SIN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Juzgado de Primera Instancia n\u00famero 16 de Valencia<\/a> ya estimo la nulidad por ausencia de consentimiento en la contrataci\u00f3n del producto.<\/h4>\n<p>Los afectados realizaron la contrataci\u00f3n, sin consentimiento mediante la firma, de un \u0093bono bacom\u0094, un producto emitido por la entidad Lehman Brothers y referenciado a la evoluci\u00f3n de las acciones de BBVA y France Telecom. Este estaba valorado en 120.000\u0080.<\/p>\n<p>Como ya hemos dicho, la voluntad del actor que dio lugar a\u00a0 la suscripci\u00f3n fue suplantada mediante una firma falsa, tal y como ha dictaminado el perito.
