El motivo de la revocaci\u00f3n ha sido la prueba de falta de informaci\u00f3n previa a la firma.<\/p>\n<p>La afectada, una pyme, adquiri\u00f3 el contrato swap como una cobertura frente a los tipos de inter\u00e9s. El director de la sucursal ha admitido que en ning\u00fan momento se realiz\u00f3 un test de conveniencia para evaluar el perfil del cliente (minorista).
