La sentencia considera que la entidad obvi\u00f3 el hecho de que no pudiese comprender bien el castellano.<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un ciudadano alem\u00e1n ha logrado que la justicie anule el producto que Banco Popular le col\u00f3. La sentencia tiene en cuenta que la comercializaci\u00f3n de los bonos convertibles en acciones de la entidad no cumpli\u00f3 con las obligaciones legales exigidas y a las que los clientes minoristas y particulares tiene derechos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <a href=\"http:\/\/asuapedefin.com\/sentencias\/S_141105_BPOPULAR_JPI41_MADRID_BONOSCONVERTIBLES_SUBORDINADAS_ACCIONES_PART_SIN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Juzgado de Primera Instancia n\u00famero 41 de Madrid<\/a> considera que la informaci\u00f3n dada por Banco Popular sobre el riegos, las caracter\u00edsticas y el funcionamiento dista mucho de la que deber\u00eda haber sido ofrecida a un cliente particular. La sentencia afirma que la informaci\u00f3n de la entidad sobre sus bonos convertibles <strong>fue \u0093<em>sesgada e incompleta<\/em>\u0094<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La entidad financiera <strong>obvi\u00f3 que el cliente era un ciudadano alem\u00e1n<\/strong> que ten\u00eda dificultades para comprender el castellano. El juez afirma en su sentencia que Banco Popular tendr\u00eda que \u0093<em>haber extremado m\u00e1s las preocupaciones a la hora de informar y colocar el producto<\/em>\u0094.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La falta de informaci\u00f3n que cometi\u00f3 la entidad bancaria con su client<strong>e es calificada por la sentencia como \u0093<em>esencial<\/em>\u0094<\/strong>.
