Por lo que la entidad no cumpli\u00f3 con su obligaci\u00f3n hacia el consumidor, minorista y sin experiencia financiera en este tipo de productos.<\/p>\n<p>La entidad ha alegado que el demandante ya hab\u00eda contratado con anterioridad un Clip de Bankinter y ten\u00eda formaci\u00f3n suficiente para entender el producto.
