En este caso, el Juez ha estimado la nulidad de un contrato de deuda subordinada suscrito conjuntamente por dos particulares minoristas.<\/p>\n<p>Como en otros casos, la entidad ofreci\u00f3 las obligaciones como inversiones garantizadas y rentables, omitiendo informaci\u00f3n acerca del funcionamiento espec\u00edfico y los riesgos a los que se somet\u00edan sus clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la negociaci\u00f3n no se les entreg\u00f3 ning\u00fan tr\u00edptico informativo, tampoco las \u00f3rdenes de compra hasta el mismo d\u00eda de la firma.
