UOKiK ha multado a los bancos m\u00e1s de 6,5 millones de Zlotys (14,64 M \u0080)\u00a0 por no tener en cuenta las tasas de inter\u00e9s negativas en los pr\u00e9stamos hipotecarios en francos suizos. El segundo banco, a la que la Autoridad emiti\u00f3 una decisi\u00f3n en un caso similar – ING Bank Slaski – se comprometi\u00f3 a cambiar sus pr\u00e1cticas – dio la UOKiK.
