La entidad, ofreci\u00f3 un producto estructurado, en concreto el conocido como Bono Autocanjeable Cup\u00f3n 36,5 % RBS-BBV-SAN, como algo de riesgo medio-bajo cuando, en realidad, era muy elevado.<\/p>\n<p>La sentencia ha clarificado que el concurso de error invalidante del consentimiento prestado invocado en la demanda no ofrece lugar a la duda. As\u00ed lo refleja el Supremo en su veredicto del 21\/11\/2012: <em>\u0093Hay error vicio cuando la voluntad del contratante se forma a partir de una creencia inexacta \u0096sentencias 114\/1985, de 18 de febrero, 295\/1994, de 29 de marzo, 756\/1996, de 28 de septiembre, 434\/1997, de 21 de mayo, 695\/2010, de 12 de noviembre, entre muchas-.
