Los tres pa\u00edses representados pretenden aunar fuerzas para llevar la afrenta contra los productos bancarios<\/h5>\n<p>[\/column]<\/p>\n<p>[column size=one_half position=last ]<\/p>\n<h5>4 activistas europeos: Patricia Su\u00e1rez (ASUFIN &#8211; Espa\u00f1a), Tomasz Sadlik (Polonia),\u00a0Sheila Meneghetti (Italia) y Franca Berno (Italia) adem\u00e1s del abogado polaco especialista en hipotecas multidivisas Mariusz Korpalski, explicaron la situaci\u00f3n en sus pa\u00edses<\/h5>\n<p>[\/column]<\/p>\n<p>Tras varias reuniones exhaustivas a lo largo del d\u00eda de ayer principalmente entre activistas, y donde tambi\u00e9n hab\u00eda presencia de abogados, se analizaron las diferencias entre las hipotecas multidivisa en Italia y Espa\u00f1a, y donde m\u00e1s tarde tambi\u00e9n se unir\u00eda Polonia. El objetivo es apoyarse en sus luchas individuales a nivel nacional, as\u00ed como poco a poco construir y conjugar una com\u00fan de car\u00e1cter Europeo.\u00a0Los hom\u00f3logos pudieron apreciar que en Italia fallan principalmente tres hechos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La sociedad no tiene cultura de demanda y por tanto las sentencias son escasas.<\/li>\n<li>Las acciones muchas veces son individualistas y no comunes. No ha terminado de calar el sentimiento de lucha com\u00fan para lograr una fuerza mayor.<\/li>\n<li>Las hipotecas multidivisa no son considerados instrumentos financieros derivados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gracias a seminarios como los de ayer, sendas activistas Italianas vuelven a sus pa\u00edses con mucha m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n, documentaci\u00f3n y vivencias para dar m\u00e1s fuerza a su causa. Si en el terreno nacional la justicia no decide amparar a los damnificados por estos productos, se deber\u00e1 buscar una cobertura europea (otro tema muy tratado en el seminario). Las hipotecas multidivisas fueron colocadas en todos los pa\u00edses europeos, especialmente en los m\u00e1s d\u00e9biles por bancos alemanes, austriacos y de gran breta\u00f1a. Es necesario dar un enfoque europeo a la luchan, y defender una causa com\u00fan.<\/p>\n<p>La justicia en Polonia qued\u00f3 desglosada y explicada por Tomasz Sadlik (afectado, activista y presidente de Pro futuris) y Mariusz Korpalski, abogado. Los polacos explicaron el descontento con su panorama jur\u00eddico. Afirman que la jurisprudencia en Polonia es \u00fanica y uniforme, y por tanto permite ganar a los bancos injustamente. Tras las elecciones del a\u00f1o pasado, ahora mismo su pa\u00eds esta pendiente de un proyecto de ley y su aprobaci\u00f3n que ayudar\u00e1, y mucho, a los afectados por estos productos. Hicieron referencia a todo lo logrado en estos \u00faltimos 5 a\u00f1os, as\u00ed como todo lo que esperan conseguir. Tienen tres demandas colectivas, donde una de ellas representa a m\u00e1s de 10.000 afectados.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00f3xima vez que se re\u00fanan los activistas ser\u00e1 a principios de junio en Bruselas, en una conferencia organizada por ASUFIN de la que informaremos con m\u00e1s detalle en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas. Esta vez ser\u00e1 la capital belga la testigo de como si los damnificados no encuentran la cobertura legal necesaria y merecida en plano nacional, se luchar\u00e1 por que lo hagan a nivel europeo.
