{"id":34727,"date":"2018-01-16T15:06:06","date_gmt":"2018-01-16T14:06:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/asufin.com\/?p=34727"},"modified":"2020-05-06T17:10:34","modified_gmt":"2020-05-06T15:10:34","slug":"consultorio-intereconomia-vision-global-asufin-presenta-cuestion-prejudicial-ante-europa-anular-irph","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.asufin.com\/staging\/consultorio-intereconomia-vision-global-asufin-presenta-cuestion-prejudicial-ante-europa-anular-irph\/","title":{"rendered":"Consultorio Intereconom\u00eda &#8216;Visi\u00f3n Global&#8217;: ASUFIN apela al TJUE para anular el IRPH de las hipotecas."},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Nuestra presidenta, <strong>Patricia Su\u00e1rez<\/strong>, intervino el d\u00eda 15 de enero en el consultorio de <strong>Visi\u00f3n Global, <\/strong>el programa de Intereconom\u00eda presentado por\u00a0<strong>Manolo Tortajada\u00a0<\/strong>de lunes a viernes de 19.00h a 22.00h.<\/h3>\n<p>En el consultorio Patricia habl\u00f3 de las <strong>hipotecas IRPH<\/strong> y aclar\u00f3 que en ASUFIN no se cree que haya un error por consentimiento en la firma de los pr\u00e9stamos hipotecarios IRPH sino que se produjo una <strong>falta de transparencia<\/strong> en la comercializaci\u00f3n de este tipo de hipotecas, pues a los clientes se les dijo que el IRPH iba a ser m\u00e1s estable y, por lo tanto, m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico, pero no se les dijo que, en realidad, el IRPH sumaba el Euribor m\u00e1s los diferenciales, motivo por el cual siempre iba a ser m\u00e1s caro.<\/p>\n<p>ASUFIN le pide al juez que acuda al <strong>Tribunal de Justicia Europeo<\/strong> para saber si el redactado de esta cl\u00e1usula de la hipoteca IRPH supera el control de transparencia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfTe lo perdiste?
