La Audiencia ha dado traslado a la parte apelada para que en cinco d\u00edas presente sus alegaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Transcurrido ese plazo, ser\u00e1n los magistrados los que decidan si elevar la cuesti\u00f3n prejudicial por IRPH al Tribunal Superior de Justicia Europea, cosa que ya ha hecho el JPI38 de Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>Son buenas noticias para el casi mill\u00f3n y medio de personas afectadas por este \u00edndice injusto y abusivo.
