El pr\u00f3ximo 25 de febrero, la presidenta de ASUFIN, Patricia Su\u00e1rezs, asistir\u00e1 a la vista sobre IRPH\u00a0en el TJUE, en Luxemburgo. La vista ser\u00e1 el lunes a las 14.30h y se prev\u00e9 que durar\u00e1 2 \u00f3 3 horas. Es un momento muy importante para todos los afectados y tenemos muchas esperanzas puestas en Europa.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tras la vista conoceremos la fecha de publicaci\u00f3n del informe del Abogado General, previo a la publicaci\u00f3n de la sentencia que se prev\u00e9 ser\u00e1 en septiembre de este mismo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n

ASUFIN<\/strong> representa a m\u00e1s de 1.000 familias afectadas por IRPH, tanto en demandas individuales como colectivas. Muchos procedimientos est\u00e1n paralizados a la espera de la decisi\u00f3n del TJUE, entre ellos, las demandas colectivas de ASUFIN vs UCI, Banco Sabadell o Bankia.<\/p>\n
