ASUFIN s’incorpora a la prestigiosa ONG Finance Watch<\/a> per contribuir a la defensa dels usuaris europeus<\/h3>\r\n

En juliol de 2009, un grup d’afectats per derivats financers fundar ASUFIN<\/span> amb el clar objectiu de canviar la cultura banc\u00e0ria del nostre pa\u00eds. Tot just un any despr\u00e9s, en l’estiu de 2010, un grup transversal de diputats europeus va respondre a les peticions de la societat civil i van llan\u00e7ar una crida a l’acci\u00f3 \u00abCall for a finance watch<\/a>\u00ab, una decisi\u00f3 que poc despr\u00e9s els portaria a la fundaci\u00f3 de\u00a0Finance<\/span>\u00a0Watch<\/span>, una associaci\u00f3 sense \u00e0nim de lucre d’\u00e0mbit internacional.<\/p>\r\n

ASUFIN<\/span> ja fa anys que treballa amb altres organitzacions europees, associacions i societat civil<\/a>, principalment en la defensa dels afectats per hipoteques en divises. Efectivament, tot i les difer\u00e8ncies ling\u00fc\u00edstiques o culturals, els usuaris financers europeus han patit els mateixos abusos bancaris. Per aix\u00f2, en 2015, Patricia<\/span>\u00a0Su\u00e1rez, presidenta\u00a0de ASUFIN<\/span>, va posar en marxa d’una xarxa europea (FX Loans<\/a><\/span>) per debatre solucions, compartir aven\u00e7os i publicar documents \u00fatils per a la defensa dels afectats.<\/p>\r\n

La incorporaci\u00f3 d’ASUFIN<\/span> en Finance Watch <\/a>\u00e9s un pas m\u00e9s en la defensa dels usuaris financers a Europa i al m\u00f3n. Conscients de la fortalesa del lobby de la ind\u00fastria financera i les dificultats de la societat civil per fer valer els seus drets, cal una organitzaci\u00f3 seriosa i solvent que treballi per combatre aquest\u00a0desequilibri<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\r\n

Para<\/span>\u00a0Patricia<\/span>\u00a0Su\u00e1rez, presidenta\u00a0de ASUFIN<\/span>, \u00abFormar part d’una organitzaci\u00f3 com Finance Watch<\/a> \u00a0ens fa m\u00e9s forts. Gr\u00e0cies al suport t\u00e8cnic -jur\u00eddic i financer- podrem defensar millor els consumidors espanyols i europeus.\u00a0a<\/span> m\u00e9s, millorarem la nostra capacitat d’influ\u00e8ncia en les institucions europees, analitzarem les reformes legislatives i proposarem reformes dins d’una organitzaci\u00f3 forta i solvent com \u00e9s Finance Watch<\/a> <\/em>\u00ab<\/p>\r\n

Beno\u00eet Lallemand<\/a>, secretari general de Finance Watch<\/a>, ha expressat aix\u00ed la seva satisfacci\u00f3 per la incorporaci\u00f3 d’ASUFIN<\/span>\u00a0a l’organitzaci\u00f3: \u00abEns enorgulleix donar la benvinguda a\u00a0ASUFIN<\/span> com a nou membre, amb el seu impressionant historial de comprom\u00eds i impacte social. La crisi financera i l’oportunitat perduda han de transformar l’impacte de finances en la societat demostren que no podem conformar-nos. ASUFIN joins the prestigious NGO Finance Watch<\/a> to contribute to the defense of European financial users<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

In July 2009, a group of affected by financial derivatives founded ASUFIN with the clear objective of changing the banking culture of our country. Just one year later, in the summer of 2010, a cross-section of European deputies responded to civil society requests and launched a call to action \u201cCall for a finance watch<\/u>\u201c,, a decision that would soon take them to the foundation of Finance Watch, a non-profit association of international scope.<\/p>\r\n

ASUFIN has spent years working with other European organizations, associations and civil society<\/a>, mainly in the defense of those affected by foreign currencies loans (FX Loans). Indeed, despite linguistic or cultural differences, European financial users have suffered the same banking abuses. That\u2019s why in 2015, Patricia Su\u00e1rez, president of ASUFIN, launched a European network (FX Loans) to discuss solutions, share progress and publish useful documents for the defense of those affected.<\/p>\r\n

The incorporation of ASUFIN in Finance Watch<\/a> is another step in the defense of financial users in Europe and in the world. Aware of the strength of the financial industry lobby and the difficulties of civil society to assert their rights, a serious and solvent organization is needed to work to combat this imbalance.<\/p>\r\n
