Compartimos la notificaci\u00f3n que nos ha hecho llegar Jos\u00e9 Ma Erauskin<\/strong>, direcci\u00f3n letrada de este procedimiento en relaci\u00f3n a la cuesti\u00f3n prejudicial (Asunto C-125-18) planteada por el Magistrado Francisco Gonz\u00e1lez Audicana<\/a>, del JPI 38 de Barcelona.<\/p>\n M\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de afectados por IRPH tendr\u00e1n que esperar un poco m\u00e1s a la lectura de las conclusiones del Abogado General.
