La cita se enmarca en el proyecto AsufinTech que la asociaci\u00f3n de usuarios financieros ha desarrollado este a\u00f1o y que ha contado con el apoyo del Ministerio de Sanidad, Consumo y Bienestar Social con el objetivo de empoderar a los consumidores y darles voz en el mundo de las finanzas digitales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La inauguraci\u00f3n de la jornada corri\u00f3 a cargo del director general de Consumo,<a href=\"https:\/\/staging.asufin.com\/staging\/nelson-castro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Nelson Castro<\/a>, que destac\u00f3 que <em>\u201clas nuevas tecnolog\u00edas est\u00e1n agilizando los procesos y liberando un enorme excedente para crear servicios a medida\u201d<\/em>, algo que tambi\u00e9n tiene sus riesgos: <em>\u201cel \u00e1mbito del consumo ha de estar muy preocupado por c\u00f3mo se elaboran los algoritmos y nos est\u00e1n perfilando desde la inteligencia artificial a los consumidores\u201d. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente de la CNMC,<a href=\"https:\/\/staging.asufin.com\/staging\/jose-maria-marin-quemada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Mar\u00edn Quemada<\/a>, centr\u00f3 su intervenci\u00f3n en el papel crucial que juega este organismo regulador: <em>\u201cLo hacemos desde el fomento de la competencia y para aumentar el bienestar de los consumidores; no se trata \u00fanicamente de que los mercados funcionen sino que sirvan al inter\u00e9s general\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow aligncenter\" data-effect=\"slide\"><div
