Aquesta setmana, l&#8217;euro enfront de la divisa se situa en valors de l&#8217;1,07 enfront de l&#8217;1,6 que aconseguia el 2007; <strong>pel cam\u00ed, una caiguda de l&#8217;33%.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>En les hipoteques multidivisa, comercialitzades \u00e0mpliament durant els anys previs a la crisi financera fins a 2008, <strong>qualsevol fluctuaci\u00f3 de la moneda impacta sobre la quota i sobre el saldo viu<\/strong> a amortitzar del deute, que est\u00e0 referenciada en la moneda estrangera. Segons el parer de Patricia Su\u00e1rez, presidenta de ASUFIN, <strong><span class=\"tadv-background-color\" style=\"background-color: #f4e3ed;\">&#8220;la millor soluci\u00f3 hauria estat la prohibici\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests productes per als clients minoristes&#8221;. El major problema que han tingut els afectats per multidivisa, explica Su\u00e1rez, &#8220;\u00e9s que no van ser informats que el risc de tipus de canvi no nom\u00e9s impactaria en la quota mensual, sin\u00f3 en l&#8217;import total del pr\u00e9stec&#8221;.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-background has-text-align-center has-very-light-gray-background-color\"><strong>M\u00e9s de 2.000 demandes<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La batalla d\u2019ASUFIN contra aquestes hipoteques va tenir una fita fonamental el<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/asufin.com\/sentencias\/supremo\/STS_171115_BARCLAYS_REVOCA_150414_AP8_MADRID_REVOCA_140512_JPI84_MADRID_HMD_TRANSPARENCIA_ASUFIN_SIN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> 15 de novembre de 2017<\/a><\/strong>, quan el Tribunal Suprem va donar la ra\u00f3 al consumidor en la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/asufin.com\/sentencias\/supremo\/STS_171115_BARCLAYS_REVOCA_150414_AP8_MADRID_REVOCA_140512_JPI84_MADRID_HMD_TRANSPARENCIA_ASUFIN_SIN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">primera demanda guanyada<\/a><\/strong>, a la qual han seguit cinc m\u00e9s, a favor dels socis d\u2019ASUFIN.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Als m\u00e9s de 2.000 procediments individuals presentats,<\/strong> ASUFIN ha interposat <strong>tres demandes col\u00b7lectives<\/strong> per aconseguir l&#8217;expulsi\u00f3 del mercat d&#8217;aquest producte nociu per al consumidor bancari mitj\u00e0. L&#8217;\u00faltima d&#8217;elles, interposada contra Barclays (avui CaixaBank), est\u00e0 jutjant a hores d&#8217;ara al Mercantil 3 de Barcelona. De fet, el Suprem, en la citada sent\u00e8ncia de 2017, va establir que <strong><span class=\"tadv-background-color\" style=\"background-color: #eeeeee;\">\u00abun consumidor mitj\u00e0, normalment informat, no necess\u00e0riament coneix, sense la informaci\u00f3 adequada, que la variaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;import de les quotes degudes a la fluctuaci\u00f3 de la moneda pot ser tan considerable que posi en risc la seva capacitat per afrontar els pagaments.
