La presidenta de ASUFIN ha valorado la sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Uni\u00f3n Europea en ‘El Programa del Verano’<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Patricia Su\u00e1rez, presidenta de ASUFIN<\/a><\/strong>, ha valorado la sentencia del TJUE<\/a> sobre gastos hipotecarios en ‘El Programa del Verano’. El Tribunal de Justicia de la Uni\u00f3n Europea ha fallado a favor del consumidor: pueden reclamarse los gastos hipotecarios (notar\u00eda, gestor\u00eda, registro y tasaci\u00f3n). El TJUE cierra as\u00ed la puerta a la “moderaci\u00f3n” establecida por el Tribunal Supremo que hac\u00eda un reparto de los mismos entre el cliente y la entidad bancaria, de forma salom\u00f3nica,\u00a0dejando al margen, eso s\u00ed, el impuesto (IAJD)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La presidenta de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Usuarios Financieros se encuentra “satisfecha” con la sentencia del TJUE<\/strong>, que afectar\u00e1 hasta a ocho millones de consumidores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
