A\u00f1ade: \u201cSin embargo, el hecho objetivo es que el folleto de salida a bolsa de Bankia era inexacto y, por tanto, da igual qu\u00e9 tipo de inversor eres puesto que has basado tu decisi\u00f3n en informaci\u00f3n falsa\u201d.<\/p><p>De este modo, \u201cvaloramos positivamente que el Supremo haya planteado cuesti\u00f3n prejudicial antes de dictar sentencia y generar da\u00f1os mayores.
