{"id":739,"date":"2010-09-13T21:47:59","date_gmt":"2010-09-13T21:47:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/asufin.com\/?p=739"},"modified":"2020-09-23T01:51:32","modified_gmt":"2020-09-22T23:51:32","slug":"canarias-bankinter-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.asufin.com\/staging\/canarias-bankinter-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Quinta condena en Canarias contra Bankinter."},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Con esta Sentencia Bankinter acumula ya 23 sentencias en contra, 2 de Audiencia Provincial, que le obligan a devolver el dinero por la comercializaci\u00f3n de un derivado financiero complejo (SWAP) a sus clientes habi\u00e9ndolo publicitado como un \u00abseguro\u00bb de tipos de inter\u00e9s.<\/h4>\n<p>El Juzgado de Primera Instancia nr. 12 de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria dict\u00f3 sentencia la semana pasada a favor de una PYME que hab\u00eda contratado 2 CLIPS de Bankinter \u00a0y bajo la creencia de que se trataba de un \u00abseguro\u00bb de tipos de inter\u00e9s. El magistrado, Miguel Palomino Cerro, se basa en las sentencias de las Audiencias Provinciales ya colgadas en este blog (<a href=\"http:\/\/asuapedefin.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/03\/s_100127_banesto_ap_asturias.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AP Asturias. Secc. 5.<\/a> contra Banesto, <a href=\"http:\/\/asuapedefin.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/06\/s_100622_bankinter_ap_leon_pyme.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AP de Le\u00f3n Secc. 2<\/a> y <a href=\"http:\/\/asuapedefin.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/03\/s_100420_bankinter_ap_pontevedra_pyme.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AP de Pontevedra Secc. 1<\/a> contra Bankinter, as\u00ed como la <a href=\"http:\/\/asuapedefin.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/03\/s_100723_bsabadell_ap_oviedo_part_sin.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AP de Asturias.
