Monetarios (ECON) del <strong>Parlamento Europeo, aprob\u00f3 el pasado lunes, un nuevo borrador del reglamento sobre<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: bolder; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\"> los <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.asufin.com\/staging\/asufin-te-informa-que-son-los-criptoactivos-que-tipos-hay\/\">mercados de criptoactivos<\/a>, <\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">com\u00fanmente conocido como\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/staging.asufin.com\/staging\/mica-el-ultimo-borrador-de-regulacion-de-criptoactivos-de-europa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MiCA<\/a>.<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\"> Con esto, se da paso a las negociaciones con la Comisi\u00f3n Europea y el Consejo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>La propuesta de Regulaci\u00f3n de Mercados de Criptoactivos (MiCA) de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea es un marco regulatorio desarrollado desde 2018 para <b>ayudar a regular los criptoactivos en la UE y proporcionar un r\u00e9gimen de licencias \u00fanico en todos los estados miembros para 2024.<\/b>\u00a0MiCA tiene como objetivo \u201carmonizar el marco europeo para la emisi\u00f3n y el comercio de varios tipos de tokens criptogr\u00e1ficos como parte de la estrategia financiera digital de Europa\u201d.<\/p><p>La Comisi\u00f3n Europea, debe presentar ante el Parlamento Europeo y al Consejo de la UE una propuesta legislativa para modificar el reglamento de <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.asufin.com\/staging\/taxonomia-verde-europa-debe-penalizar-la-financiacion-contaminante-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">taxonom\u00eda.<\/a> <strong>Esta propuesta debe incluir en la taxonom\u00eda de la Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/strong> cualquier actividad de miner\u00eda de criptomonedas que contribuya sustancialmente a mitigar el cambio
