01. TARJETA REVOLVING<\/h5>

El juzgado condena a\u00a0Servicios Prescriptor y Medios de Pago<\/span>\u00a0a devolver a nuestro socio las cantidades cobradas de m\u00e1s tras declarar nula la tarjeta revolving por contener una TAE usuraria del 21%.<\/strong>\u00a0Ver sentencia.<\/a><\/span><\/p>
